Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 8 September 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the refund and cancellation process for software and digital products purchased from TechXo LLC through Paddle.

1. About Techxo

Techxo LLC
1001 S Main St, Ste 500
Kalispell, MT 59901
United States

Email: support@techxo.us

Techxo provides browser-based business software and digital products, including business management, workflow automation, customer management, reporting and related software functionality.

2. Digital Products

Techxo products are delivered digitally.

After a successful purchase, customers receive access to the applicable software through their TechXo account and web browser.

No physical products are shipped.

3. Refund Period

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date, subject to Paddle’s applicable Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

For subscription products, the applicable refund period is determined in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy.

Paddle’s current Refund Policy provides a 14-day period for discretionary refund requests and separately addresses statutory consumer withdrawal and refund rights where applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests for purchases processed through Paddle should be submitted through Paddle.

Customers can request a refund by:

  • Using the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in their Paddle transaction confirmation email;

  • Using the support link provided in their Paddle receipt or account billing area; or

  • Visiting Paddle’s buyer support service and selecting the refund request option.

Paddle will process refund requests in accordance with its applicable Refund Policy.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future subscription payments.

Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

Where a subscription is cancelled and no refund applies, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable billing period and prevent future subscription payments.

Paddle’s Refund Policy specifically provides that a subscription can be cancelled even where a transaction is not eligible for a refund.

6. Technical or Product Issues

If you experience a technical problem with a TechXo product, please contact us first so that we can assist with the issue.

TechXo Support: support@techxo.us

If a material technical or product defect prevents you from accessing features or benefits as described, Paddle’s Refund Policy provides a process for requesting a refund after the issue has been reported to the software provider.

Where applicable, customers may subsequently contact Paddle’s support team with details of the issue and the response received from TechXo.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.

Where possible, refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Paddle’s current Refund Policy states that eligible refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.

The time required for the funds to appear in a customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method, bank, card issuer or other financial institution.

8. Access After a Refund

If a refund is issued, access to the applicable TechXo product may cease.

Paddle’s Refund Policy states that access to the relevant product will cease when a refund is provided.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable consumer-protection laws may provide additional cancellation or refund rights depending on the customer’s country and circumstances.

For consumers in the United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area and Switzerland, Paddle’s current Refund Policy provides a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for certain eligible digital-content and service transactions, subject to the conditions stated in Paddle’s policy.

10. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for transactions processed through Paddle.

Accordingly, refunds for Paddle transactions are administered by Paddle under Paddle’s applicable Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

TechXo does not directly process refunds for transactions where Paddle is the merchant of record.

11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers retain any applicable rights to dispute a transaction through their card issuer, bank or payment provider.

Customers are encouraged to contact Paddle before initiating a chargeback where appropriate so that the transaction can be reviewed and the matter can be resolved through the applicable refund process.

Paddle’s Refund Policy contains specific provisions concerning chargebacks and payment disputes.

12. Paddle’s Refund Policy

Paddle’s current Refund Policy forms part of Paddle’s Buyer Terms and governs refunds for transactions processed through Paddle.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and Paddle’s applicable Refund Policy or Buyer Terms, the applicable Paddle terms will govern the transaction.

Customers may review Paddle’s current Refund Policy through Paddle’s official website.
