We do not guarantee that every feature described on the TechXo website will be available in every product or pricing plan.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, features, pricing, screenshots, specifications, and other information presented on our website are accurate and up to date.

Software products may be updated, improved, modified, or replaced over time.

Material changes affecting the core functionality of a paid product will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable product-specific terms.

6. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside or operate.

If you use TechXo on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

TechXo products are intended primarily for business and productivity purposes unless a particular product is expressly described otherwise.

7. Account Registration

Certain TechXo products may require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the accuracy of your account information;

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • Protecting access to your account;

  • Using appropriate security measures;

  • Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons; and

  • Notifying TechXo promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless that activity results from a security incident attributable to TechXo.

TechXo may require you to verify your email address or other account information before providing access to certain functionality.

8. Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable charges, TechXo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the applicable TechXo software for your internal business or personal use during the applicable license or subscription period.

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or by TechXo in writing, you may not:

  • Copy the software except where technically necessary for permitted use;

  • Sell, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the software;

  • Provide unauthorized access to the software to third parties;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;

  • Attempt to derive source code from the software;

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by TechXo and its licensors.

9. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Where a TechXo product is offered as a subscription, the applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and subscription period will be presented before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with the transaction for recurring charges in accordance with the selected plan.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedure.

The price applicable to a renewal will be the price disclosed to you in accordance with the applicable product and billing terms.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice regarding material price changes or renewal requirements.

10. Cancellation

Customers may cancel an eligible subscription through the cancellation mechanism provided within their account, through the applicable payment provider, or by contacting the designated support channel.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product or required by applicable law, cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically provide a refund for charges already processed.

Your access may remain available until the end of the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise specified.

For transactions processed through Paddle, applicable Paddle cancellation and subscription terms may also apply.

11. One-Time Purchases

Some TechXo products may be offered as one-time purchases.

A one-time purchase provides the rights and access expressly described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

A one-time purchase does not automatically create an entitlement to future updates, upgrades, additional services, or continuing access beyond the product terms presented at the time of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed on the TechXo website are presented in the currency indicated at checkout.

Applicable taxes, VAT, GST, sales taxes, or other transaction-related charges may be calculated and collected by the Merchant of Record or payment provider where required.

The final amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

TechXo may change its product pricing from time to time.

Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable subscription terms.

13. Refunds

Refunds and cancellation requests are governed by the TechXo Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any applicable Paddle refund terms and mandatory consumer protection laws.

For transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles applicable payment and refund processing.

Refund requests may be submitted through the applicable Paddle support mechanism or through TechXo support where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

14. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

TechXo may occasionally offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounts, credits, or other promotional offers.

The specific conditions of any promotional offer will be presented when the offer is made available.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional offers are limited to their stated eligibility requirements;

  • A customer may not create multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions;

  • Promotional credits or discounts may not be exchanged for cash;

  • Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted; and

  • TechXo may withdraw or modify a promotional offer where permitted by law.

If a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable conversion terms and pricing will be presented before the customer begins the trial.

15. Customer Data

You retain ownership of information and data that you lawfully submit to TechXo through the applicable software product, subject to the rights necessary for TechXo to provide the product.

You grant TechXo the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, reproduce, and otherwise handle such information solely to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the applicable product and services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to submit information to TechXo and to permit TechXo to process that information.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of TechXo intellectual property to you.

TechXo’s trademarks and branding may not be used without prior written permission.

20. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, bug reports, or other feedback regarding TechXo products, you grant TechXo permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that such use does not disclose your confidential information.

Feedback may be used to improve, develop, or maintain TechXo products and services.

21. Product Availability

We aim to keep TechXo products available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

  • Third-party service interruptions;

  • Events beyond our reasonable control; or

  • Other technical circumstances.

Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice of planned maintenance that materially affects product availability.

22. Security

TechXo takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect its systems and customer information.

However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices for your account, devices, credentials, and information submitted through the product.

TechXo does not necessarily verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of third-party information.

You are responsible for independently evaluating third-party information where appropriate.

26. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechXo products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

You remain responsible for charges properly incurred before cancellation or termination.

Where technically available, TechXo may provide a reasonable opportunity to export customer data following termination, subject to the product’s functionality and applicable retention requirements.

TechXo may retain certain information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

31. Changes to Products

TechXo may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the applicable products after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
